Join us in building an inclusive creative community in North Adams, at a our new home at 165 E. Main Street!

Common Folk is the result of deep community investment in one another, with almost every dollar flowing directly back into our little city’s economy.

Beginning August 2025, we will gain access to the entire building and finally open to the public. Common Folk then has the opportunity to purchase 165 E. Main Street at the end of our lease in April 2026.

With your help, we can ensure affordable and accessible creative space for all for years to come.
