Interested in Private Studio Space? Join our waitlist! We will be scheduling private tours later in July. A limited amount of private studios available in August 2025.

Private Studio rates range from $150/mo - $500/mo depending on size.

Anyone on the studio waitlist will get first opportunity to secure private studio space.

ALL ACCESS MEMBER

All Access Members give: $80/month OR $880/year and:

• A desire to develop your creative practice in community with others

• Concerted efforts to building a mutually beneficial and inclusive community
  

Shared Studio Members receive:

• A collaborative community and network of creative individuals

• The ability to sell work and services in our booth at vending events and pop-ups

• Opportunities to exhibit or perform.

• Unlimited hours per month to utilize our shared studio space during open hours

• Personal storage cubby for supplies at the shared studio

• Private desk space

• Unlimited Wifi & Printing

• 2 free workshop and event per month plus discounts on Common Folk event tickets, workshops, merch, and art supplies

• Up to 3 hours per month of event space rentals for your own events, and discounted rates beyond that.

• Collective marketing power

CREATOR MEMBER

Shared Studio Members give $25/month* OR $275/year* and:

• A desire to develop your creative practice in community with others

SELLER MEMBER

Seller Members give $12/month OR $132/year and receive:

• The ability to sell their work in Common Folk’s booth at vending events and pop-ups at a 60/40 commission

• Opportunities to exhibit or perform.

• Discounts on Common Folk event tickets, workshops, merch, event rentals and art supplies

Why should I become a member?

Common Folk members work in a supportive environment that empowers emerging creators to thrive in their practice and share it with others. Members collectively invest in the overhead costs of creative endeavors so that they may explore and realize their goals with reduced financial risk.

How many members are in the collective?

We currently have an average of 40 collective members.

What if I can’t afford a membership?

We have a limited number of mini-grants available to members unable to afford membership dues. These grants are funded by supportive community members that “sponsor” Common Folk creators. Check the box at the bottom of the registration form to be considered for a mini-grant.
