"Between owners, leaders, and admins we are adding more hierarchy then I am comfortable with in a “non-hierarchical” collective.

I also get that it is a lot of work but waiving monthly dues if someone has been in leadership for awhile pushes a lot of financial burden onto new members and creates a very top heavy organization."

"Really like the charts that lay out benefits, commission, and investment rates for each tier - awesome!!!"

Vote Requirements:
In order for the Handbook to pass, it must receive a 2/3 vote from the full collective.

Current Collective Tier member base: 21
"Yes" votes needed to pass: 14

Process:
Admin Team Reviewed Handbook & Annual Budget in early December 2023 and presented the suggested edits to the Collective at the December 12th Collective Meeting.

Members of the collective made suggestions for edits and those were added to the draft before December 19th.

The 2024 Draft Budget & Handbook were sent to the Collective Tier for a vote on December 19th.

The vote was finalized on January 10th 2024. There were a handful of members that cancelled while the vote was out which adjusted the final vote requirements.
