Ian Wilkins has been writing and performing music for over two decades, initially as a member of multiple rock bands, later as a solo act. After taking a break to go back to school in pursuit of a master’s degree and a career in teaching English, he has returned, guitar in hand, to the music scene. Ian plays a repertoire of originals and covers, all in a singer/songwriter style, but with a definite edge that echoes from his rock days. His deeply introspective songs explore the love, loss, pain, triumph, and inevitable change of the human experience, all delivered with resounding passion (and maybe sometimes a little harmonica or fancy whistling).
