Intro to Creative Career Design:
A Workshop for Artists, Musicians, and Creative Humans

Design your career to be more sustainable and in line with how you actually like spending your days on this planet.

Almost every musician or artist I’ve ever met deals with so much frustration in the struggle towards connecting people with what they create. Despite all their hard work even the most talented artists I know are rarely given the appreciation they deserve.

In this day-long workshop you will get an overview of the two most powerful career design tools that I've found so far in my journey towards radically sustainable artistic practice.

Holistic Life Context is a decision making structure that balances quality of life with career goals. It's like the compass that helps you make sure you're always heading in the direction you actually want to go.

Creative Resource Exchange Mapping is a project-mapping system that uses permaculture techniques to sustainably redesign your project, practice, or career. It's the map that allows you to chart your course through whatever landscape you're currently in.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, May 19 from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm and will include lunch. The cost is $45.

Also, we need AT LEAST 8 people enrolled in order to facilitate this workshops so please RSVP by booking your spot at:http://www.chrisfaroe.com/careerdesign/northadams
