FAQ

What the folk is an artist collective?

An artist collective is a powerful structure that supports multiple artists in accessing resources to benefit their creative work. Collectives come in all shapes and sizes. Some collectives share gallery space, some share studio supplies. Some share marketing platforms. To learn more about our unique collective model, click the button below.

Can I join the collective?

Yes! We accept members on a quarterly basis. You can submit a membership application any time at commonfolk.org/membership-info

Donation Policy

Customers are welcome to make donations of gently used or new items. In many cases we will try to sell donated items to help to raise money to offset the cost of membership to our creators.

Items we accept:

Art supplies, paper goods (especially paper towels), cleaning supplies, books, vinyl, art, paper, clothing, some furniture and more. To inquire about making a donation, please send pictures of your items to info@commonfolk.org and we will work out a time for drop off if we can accept the items.
